FEDEROS (an Oracle company)
Chief Executive Officer

Federos (previously private equity-owned) is now part of Oracle. The company is an AI-optimized analytics  and automation software provider for the leading global  telecommunications carriers, 5G network operators, cloud-based service  providers and large enterprises, and has operations in the US, UK, and EU.

Recruited  by Evolution Capital Partners to drive revenue growth and  profitability, integrate acquisitions, develop new markets and expand  go-to-market strategies. Refocused the business, accelerated growth and  sold the company to Oracle in December 2021 for a 5X return for our  sponsor.

THE SWITCH ENTERPRISES, LLC (now part of Tata Communications)
President and CEO

The Switch was a private equity-owned provider of managed, private-cloud video production and transmission services for the world’s largest broadcast, cable, OTT, government, enterprise and eSports content providers.

Recruited by True Wind Capital Management shortly after their investment to develop new products and markets and lead the next level of this company’s growth. Rebranded the company and launched new services in new markets to increase growth opportunities. Secured over 200 new customers, including many of the world’s largest media and tech companies. Integrated two acquired companies and generated significant new revenue from both. Grew EBITDA by 80% over two years.

ASC SIGNAL CORPORATION (sold to Communications and Power Industries)
President and CEO

ASC Signal was a private equity-sponsored, multinational designer and manufacturer of highly-sophisticated communications products for broadcast, defense, government and enterprise applications. At the time of sale, the company had international operations in 14 countries on five continents.

Recruited by Resilience Capital Partners to turnaround, build and lead this $50 million distressed acquisition. Increased equity value from nearly zero and sold the company to CPI (a Veritas portfolio company) for 4X invested capital. Ran and fully integrated the stand-alone division into CPI within 18 months of the sale.

TRIALON CORPORATION (now part of Element Materials Technology)

Trialon, a former portfolio company of Resilience Capital Partners, is a provider of test engineering and technical staffing services to the automotive and other manufacturing industries. The company is based in Burton, Michigan, with other locations in Michigan and Indiana. The company was successfully sold to Element Materials Technology.

TRUSONIC, INC (now Mood Media)
President 

Trusonic is digital music and messaging company that provides a customized, branded technology platform, music library and distribution service for retailers, hospitality companies and digital out-of-home advertisers worldwide.

Recruited by the private equity sponsor to reorganize and lead the rapid expansion of the holding company’s only revenue-producing unit. Enabled a successful IPO, subsequent acquisitions (including Muzak, Mood and DMX) and the transformation into Mood Media.

JUKE SYSTEMS, INC.
President and CEO

Juke Systems, Inc. was a developer of B2B and B2C mobile phone- and web-based software applications. Primary customers included mobile carriers, mobile phone users, and large corporations.

Co-founded and led the start-up of this innovative software applications company. Developed the infrastructure, managed capitalization efforts and led entry into the mobile phone application market. Led the sale of the company’s software technology and all associated IP to Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BITI).

INSIGHT TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION
President and CEO

InSight was a provider of international content delivery and bandwidth services for online and traditional media companies, and related services for the government, corporate and educational industries.

Co-founded the company, architected a unique business model and assembled a team of top performing leaders to navigate the company through a highly competitive market. Grew revenue to $17 million in three years and led a successful exit with a 14X return on invested capital.

AERO COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

Aero Communications / Fulton Technologies was a private equity portfolio company of Resilience Capital Partners. Aero provided fulfillment and engineering services to the broadband and wireless industries. Worked closely with the President and CEO, the private equity sponsor and other board members to optimize this company prior to its sale.
