ACI’s scope of services includes end-to-end system design and engineering, construction, wiring, installation, maintenance and repair solutions, serving leading telecommunications and cable service providers such as Comcast, Charter Communications, Cablevision and TimeWarner Cable.

Trialon Corporation

Trialon, a portfolio company of Resilience Capital Partners, is a provider of test engineering and technical staffing services to the automotive and other manufacturing industries. The company is based in Burton, Michigan, with other locations in Michigan and Indiana. Testing services include environmental, corrosion, vibration, and electromagnetic and radiation.

ASC Signal Corporation (now Communications & Power Industries)

ASC Signal is a private equity-sponsored, multinational designer and manufacturer of highly-sophisticated communications products for broadcast, defense, government and enterprise applications. The company is now part of CPI and has international operations in 14 countries on five continents.

Recruited by Resilience Capital Partners to turnaround, build and lead this $50 million distressed acquisition. Increased equity value from nearly zero and sold the company to CPI (a Veritas portfolio company) for four times invested capital. Fully integrated the stand-alone division into CPI within 18 months of the sale.

Trusonic, Inc. (now Mood Media)

President 
Trusonic is digital music and messaging company that provides a customized, branded technology platform, music library and distribution service for retailers, hospitality companies and digital out-of-home advertisers worldwide.

Recruited by the private equity sponsor to reorganize and lead the rapid expansion of the holding company’s only revenue-producing unit. Enabled a successful IPO, subsequent acquisitions (including Muzak, Mood and DMX) and the transformation into Mood Media.

Juke Systems, Inc.

President and CEO
Juke Systems, Inc. was a developer of B2B and B2C mobile phone- and web-based software applications, and technical and business consulting. Primary customers included individual mobile phone users, large corporations, and mobile carriers.

Co-founded and led the start-up of an innovative software applications and consulting company. Developed the infrastructure, managed capitalization efforts, and led entry into the mobile phone application market. Sold the company’s software technology and all associated IP to Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BITI).

InSight Telecommunications Corporation

InSight was a provider of international content delivery and bandwidth services for online and traditional media companies, and related services for the government, corporate and educational industries.

Co-founded the company, architected a unique business model and established organizational infrastructures. Assembled team of top performing leaders to navigate company through highly competitive market. Grew revenue to $17 million in three years and led a successful exit with a 14X return on invested capital.

Globecast

Executive Vice President
Globecast, a division of the Orange Group, is a global leader in media delivery, telecommunications networking, digital video program origination, audio distribution and direct-to-home consumer satellite services.

Recruited by the Chairman and Board of Directors to initially turn around the international sales organization; subsequently promoted to restructure and lead the entire division that had suffered $10 million loss the prior year. Led US and international sales, marketing, customer service operations, and product development through a staff of 75 direct reports and 150 dotted-line reports. Full P&L responsibilities for $105 million division. Reported directly to Globecast’s Chairman in Paris.
